Getting started

1. Add each employer and the roles you work.
2. Enter the hourly rate and optional estimated tax reserve.
3. Add shifts as you work them.
4. Mark payments received to keep outstanding earnings accurate.

What you can track

• Multiple part-time jobs, employers, and roles.
• Shift dates, times, breaks, hourly rates, and notes.
• Gross earnings, payments received, and outstanding pay.
• Estimated tax reserves for personal planning.
• Reports and CSV or PDF exports.

Edit an employer or shift

Open an employer or select a shift from the Dashboard, Shifts, or Outstanding view to review its details and make changes. Existing shifts retain the pay and role details recorded for that shift.

Restore Lifetime Pro

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox and do not charge beta testers.

Export your records

Use the export options in Settings to create a CSV spreadsheet or PDF report, then save or share it using the iOS share sheet.
